| 摘 要： | 多层砖混结构住宅大面积现浇钢筋混凝土楼板因种种原因产生的裂缝，直接影响到建筑物的耐久性和使用安全。从材料、设计到施工对多层砖混结构住宅大面积现浇钢筋混凝土楼板进行了符合实际的分析，提出了一些相应的预防措施和方法。

| Abstract: | Large area cast in place concrete floors of multi storey brick masonry structures often occur crack because of various reasons. The cracks directly affect durance and character of service. So practicable analysis for crack is did from the aspects of material, design and construction. Some corresponding prevention measures and methods are given. |
