| 摘 要： | 从计算规则、新旧构件的区分计量两方面对工程量的计量进行了分析，并对进度款核算与支付方法进行了介绍，最后从业务素质和道德素养两方面对监理人员提出了素质要求，以使古建筑修缮工程中的造价得到有效地控制。
