| 摘 要： | 为了降低生条的重量不匀率,通过反复观察和试验,总结出生产过程中造成生条不匀的主要原因是棉卷的重量不匀、梳棉机落棉差异、抄针周期、梳棉机的机械状态和挡车工的操作等,指出提高生条均匀度在以上各方面应采取的主要措施,才能使生条不匀率达到质量要求.

| Abstract: | To reduce weight unevenness of carding sliver, the main reasons for unevenness of carding sliver are weight unevenness of cotton lap, difference of carding machine waste, stripping period, machine condition of carding machine, operator operation and so on. The test shows that main measures should be adopted according to the reasons above to enhance carding sliver quality, and satisfy the demands. |
