UV胶印墨层厚度对印品爆色的影响

摘    要:为了研究UV胶印墨层厚度对印品爆色的影响,采用银光柱激光转移纸和两种油墨进行实验,对印刷样张进行爆色测试,通过爆色程度量化评分权值,确定了墨层厚度与爆色程度之间的关系。结果表明,墨层厚度及油墨种类对爆色的发生具有重要影响:01号专色油墨随膜层厚度的增加,其爆色程度有先增加后减小的趋势;02号专色油墨随膜层厚度的增加,其爆色程度逐渐增加。

Abstract:Blasting color phenomenon in UV offset affects the aesthetics and the quality of packaging printing product. We take the blasting color test for ink thickness of the sample by using a silver light laser transfer paper and two kinds of printing ink. Through the blasting color degree of quantitative grading weights, the relationship between the blasting color grading and the ink layer thickness was established. Results showed that the ink layer thickness and ink types had important effects on the occurrence of the blasting color: the blasting color degree of 01# increased first and then decreased with the increasing ink thickness;however,that of 02# increased gradu-ally.
