基于结构光扫描三维重建技术研究

摘    要:为了满足物体三维重建的需求,获得高的精度和清晰的纹理,对结构光扫描仪工作原理进行分析。以此对扫描过程进行优化,利用转台和定标板定标,确定相机和被扫描物体的坐标转换关系,实现物体多视角点云的拼接,利用ZBrush、UVLayout、Photoshop等对物体表面模糊纹理进行UV纹理贴图,以提高纹理清晰度。结果表明,该方法提高了多视角点云匹配精度,获得了更高清晰度的表面纹理,具有良好的操作性。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of high precision three dimensional objects reconstruction. This paper analyzes the working principle of the structured light 3D scanner. Some works had been done to obtain high accuracy and clarity of texture, such as optimizing the scanning process, using the turn table calibration and calibration plate to determine the coordinate conversion relationship between the camera and scanned object to obtain point clouds registration and texture mapping with software of ZBrush, UVLayout, Photoshop. Experiments show that the method improved the accuracy of point clouds and enhanced the clarity of texture, which have better interoperability.
