地笋中挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:为了分析地笋(Rhezoma Lycopi)挥发油的化学成分,用药典方法提取地笋挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)获得其总离子流图,对各个色谱峰进行了定性,并用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对质量分数,共鉴定了57个化合物,占总挥发油质量的87.12%。酯类为地笋挥发油的主要成分,占总挥发油质量的49.82%,其中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯质量分数最高,为20.19%。该文较系统地分析鉴定了地笋挥发油成分,为其化学成分的研究提供了参数。

Abstract:To analyze the chemical components of volatile oils from Rhezoma Lycopi, they were extracted according to the method of Ch P. Total ion-current chromatogram was obtained by GC - MS. 57 compounds were identified which added up to 87.12% in the volatile oils. The main components were esters which accounted for 49.82%. The content of dibutyl phthalate was the largest and amounted to 20. 19%. The volatile oil from Rhezoma Lycopi was systematically analyzed and identified in this research and the parameters were provided for the study of its chemical components.
