| 摘 要： | 本文根据湖北省的实际情况，在有限目标，重点发展的原则下，根据高新技术产业的特点，建立了ＳＤ模型；并以投资比例为启动源，以２０００年为目标，对模型进行了运行，得出了湖北省应重点、优先发展的高新技术产业。对各高新技术产业部门之间及高新技术产业和传统产业之间作了投资比例的试验运行，得到了它们间的投资比例关系，供有关决策部门参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper,according to the characteristic of advanced technigue industrial,under a principle of finite index and priority development,SD model,which is based on Hubei actual state,is designed and is run for regarding investment rate as the chief test source.Hubei priority developable advanced technique industrial are obtained. For investment rate among the advanced technigue industrial section and between the advanced technique and the traditional industrial SD model is run also, the relation of investment rate are given. |
