摘    要:针对物料搬运作业的现实工作环境,运用虚拟现实技术,以码头货场为背景,利用VC 编程并结合WTK虚拟现实软件开发包,构建了小车取物交互式虚拟工作平台。通过对受控取物小车进行几何建模和运动建模,并结合远程操作技术,实现了小车的运动可控性及其与主机通讯的实时性。通过设置其运动参数和监控参数再现了仿真过程的实时性和真实感。在此基础上,对图像和三维场景融合及人机接口技术进行了探索。

Abstract:Aiming at the real operational environment of material handling, an interactive working framework with the virtual reality technology is developed, in which VC++ language and WTK virtual reality software package are employed. Then the fetching cart control and real-time communication with host computer are realized through the modeling of geometry and motion, in combination with remote handling. The real-time and air of authenticity for this simulation process are reproduced by using adequate parameters of motion and monitor. What's more, on the basis of above, an exploration into the blend between graphics and 3D scene, including man machine interfacing is made.
