310S和AL-6XN不锈钢在熔融MgCl_2中的腐蚀行为

摘    要:研究了310S和AL-6XN两种不锈钢在800℃下MgCl_2熔盐中的腐蚀行为,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和金相显微镜对腐蚀产物和截面形貌进行了分析。结果表明,两者都为均匀腐蚀,310S初始腐蚀速率比AL-6XN大很多,之后两者均慢慢减小并趋近于零。由腐蚀深度得到前者腐蚀等级为9级,后者为8级,都属于欠耐蚀。在800℃下,两种材料腐蚀过程符合三维扩散(Ginstring-Brounshtein)反应动力学模型,反应常数分别是0.0048和0.0081,并得到他们的动力学方程。在MgCl_2熔盐中AL-6XN比310S的耐腐蚀性能更好。

Abstract:The corrosion behaviors of 310S and AL-6XN steels in MgCl_2 molten salts were studied.The corrosion products and cross-section were amalyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and metallurgical microscopy.Both steels showed uniform corrosion.310S had a higher initial corrosion rate than AL-6XN.The corrosion rate of both steels was slowed down and trended to zero afterward.According to the corrosion depth,corrosion grades of 310S and AL-6XN were classified as 9 and 8 respectively,indicating insufficient corr...
