摘    要:高强铝合金在腐蚀环境作用下,其耐腐蚀性能会显著下降。以2024铝合金材料为例,经过不同热处理和晶间腐蚀试验之后,对试样进行截面形貌观察和抗拉强度测试。结果表明,合金的耐蚀性和抗拉强度与热处理温度和保温时间成反比,通过T4热处理(493±2℃固溶处理+自然时效)的合金,其各项性能均达到最佳。

Abstract:The corrosion resistance of high-strength Al-alloys may decrease significantly in corrosive environments. After 2024 Al alloy was treated by different heat treatments and intergranular corrosion tests,the cross-section morphology observation and tensile strength tests were performed.The results showed that the corrosion resistance and tensile strength of 2024 Al alloy were inversely proportional to the heat treatment temperature and holding time.
