摘    要:介绍了采用逆焊接加热处理的方法对16MnR钢抗应力腐蚀及抗疲劳性能的影响及机理。将16MnR钢试件分别进行250℃和350℃加热处理,再用冷水对焊缝处进行快速冷却,使焊接区获得比相邻区低的负温差,实现调整和消除焊接残余拉应力的效果。

Abstract:The influences of using the anti-welding heating processing method on the stress corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance of 16MnR steel and its mechanism were presented,a heating processing was made of the samples of 16MnR steel separately at 250℃ and 350℃,and cool water was used to quickly cool the weld seams of the samples to make the weld seams obtain lower negative temperature difference than their adjacent zones,the result of regulating and deleting the residual tensile stress of weld was realized.
