梳状滤波器在滚动轴承早期故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:在滚动轴承的早期故障信号中,由于较强的齿轮啮合频率以及噪声成份的存在,致使故障特征的提取比较困难.应用二阶循环平稳方法可以有效的抑制噪声,提取出信号中的周期成份,但无法排除啮合频率的干扰.提出了构造梳状滤波器滤除啮合频率,然后进行二阶循环平稳分析的滚动轴承早期故障诊断方法,并通过实际工程信号进行了验证.
