摘    要:利用LabVIEW软件设计程序,实现采集并存储激光熔覆熔凝过程中产生特征光信号的功能,完成对激光熔覆加工过程进行实时监测。介绍了光信号采集存储软件设计部分,包括串口参数设计、清空缓存功能的设计、读取并显示单片机通过串口通信传输的数据以及数据的保存。

Abstract:By adopting LabVIEW software design program, the function of gathering and memory characteristic light signal during laser fuse cladding has been realized in order to undergo live supervision of laser fuse cladding process. Design section of light signal gathering and memory software has been described, which included serial port parameters design, emptying cache function design as well as data reading and displaying of SCM through serial port communication transmission and data storage.
