轴间差速器十字轴的疲劳断裂分析与改进

摘    要:轴间差速器十字轴在受到长期冲击载荷后十字轴的根部容易断裂。经有限元分析得出断裂原因主要是应力集中引起金属疲劳导致的,对轴间差速器十字轴做了相关的材料和设计改进,断裂现象明显减少,使产品使用效率和寿命有了明显提高。

Abstract:Roots of interaxial differential cross shaft were subject to break up under long-term impact load. By fi- nite element analysis, the main fracture cause was metal fatigue from stress concentration, further relevant material and design innovation of interaxial differential cross shaft have been carried out to reduce fraction defect evidently, which improved service efficiency and life time of the product.
