摘    要:模具制造系统设备配置优化问题是非线性整数规划问题,对多级柔性流水车间(FFS)因其产品输出率和平均生产周期这2个约束条件无法用封闭形式加以表达,故很难获得精确解。为此提出了求解该约束条件下的近似优化方法,建立了相应的排队网近似模型,利用近似方法求解输出率和平均生产周期,并通过eM-Plant仿真验证了该近似方法求解输出率和平均生产周期的有效性。为确定模具制造车间的设备配置提供了一种快速有效的解决方法。

Abstract:The optimization of facility configuration for the mould manufacturing system is a problem of nonlinear integer programming. Because of the constraints of output rate and average production cycle which can't be described by closed-form, it is difficult to obtain the exact solution for flexible flow shop. An approximate optimization method was pro- posed for the problem and the corresponding aqueuing network model was also developed. The output rate and average production cycle were solved by using the approximate meth- od and the solutions were validated by the simulation software eM-Plant.
