循环流化床多联产洁净煤技术的研究及应用

摘    要:论述了以循环流化床燃烧技术为核心的多联产洁净煤技术,利用循环流化床锅炉高温循环热灰作为热载体对煤进行干馏或气化,并将燃烧-干馏以及燃烧-气化两种组合的几种多联产工艺的优缺点进行了对比,为洁净煤技术的开发和应用提供了参考。指出以循环流化床锅炉燃烧技术为核心的多联产技术是燃煤电厂实现高效、环保、综合利用煤炭资源的有效途径之一。

Abstract:The poly-generation clean coal technology based on CFB combustion is discussed in this paper. The heat of the high temperature circulating ash is used for pyrolysis or gasification. The characteristics of many poly-generation technologies which are composed of combustion/pyrolysis and combustion/gasification are compared. It provides reference for the exploitation and application of clean coal technique. The poly-generation system based on CFB combustion tech- nique is one of the effective ways for the power plant to utilize coal effectively, environmentally friendly and synthetically.
