| 摘 要： | 山东省大城市、中等城市欠缺,小城市数量众多,城市规模等级结构很不协调.通过对山东省城市体系规模效益的定量分析,提出了山东省今后的城市发展重点应该是:继续强化特大城市的发展,推动都市圈、城市群和城市带的建设,巩固特大城市的规模集聚效益;积极发展小城市,解决好土地利用效率低下的问题,更好地发挥小城市的活力;规范大城市的发展,应适度发展,合理规划,杜绝\"政绩工程\",恢复大城市应有的集聚效应.

| Abstract: | There're many small cities but fewer large cities and medium cities in Shandong Province.The hierarchical struture of urban system is very inconsistent.By analyzing quantitatively the scale efficiency of urban system,the key of city development of Shandong Province in future is to strengthen the super cities and promote the construction of metropolitan region,urban agglomeration and city strap;actively develop small cities and make their energy to exert better;develop large cities rationally and restore their inward concentration effects. |
