摘    要:作为一种具有优异光学性能的透明陶瓷材料,单相AION陶瓷在可见光和红外光范围内都具有很好的透光性,再加之优良的热学和机械性能,愈来愈受到人们的广泛关注.本文简要的介绍了AION透明陶瓷的各项性能,回顾了其研究发展过程,介绍了其制备工艺和应用,并展望了今后的透明陶瓷的研究和发展.

Abstract:AlON,as a single phase transparent polycrystalline ceramic material with high strength and hardness,has excellent optical properties,especially from visible wavelengths to mid-infrared wavelengths,so it has been widely focused in recent years.In this paper,we introduce most properties of AlON transparent ceramic,review its process,its fabrication methods and application fields.Besides,we give some advice on reseach and development of AlON.
