| 摘 要： | 介绍电缆专用料DFH-2076生产工艺及产品的切换过程，分析了介电常数和熔体强度的影响因素，通过提高反应温度和混炼机的筒体间隙、增加氢气调节、降低氧气浓度等方法，确保产品的介电常数和熔体强度达到电缆料的要求。

| Abstract: | The production process and product switch of cable resin DFH-2076 are introduced.The effective factors of electric inductivity and melt-strength have been analysed,by the increasing of the reaction temperature and clearance of mixer barrel, adding the hydrogen adjustment,and reducing the oxygen concentration.The electric inductivity and melt-strength of cable resin DFH-2076 can be reached as required. |
