摘    要:大量新能源和电动汽车接入后,导致电-热-交通综合能源系统有较大的净负荷变化,需要系统具有一定的灵活性以匹配源荷两侧的不确定性。如何处理不确定性与灵活性的矛盾,以及如何实现经济性和灵活性的平衡,是电-热-交通综合能源系统目前面临的难题。鉴于此,提出一种计及灵活性多目标电-热-交通综合能源系统区间优化运行模型,以经济成本最小和系统灵活性最大为目标,综合平衡系统的经济性和灵活性。利用区间数学描述风电出力和电动汽车负荷的不确定性,将传统等式约束转化为区间表达的形式,使其更具合理性。利用改进的多目标量子免疫算法对优化模型进行求解。以辽北某综合能源系统为例,设定3种不同场景以验证所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:The access of a large number of new energy sources and electric vehicles leads to large net load changes in an electric thermal transportation integrated energy system. This requires the system to have a certain flexibility to match the uncertainty on both sides of the source load. How to deal with the contradiction between uncertainty and flexibility and how to achieve the balance between economy and flexibility are difficult problems faced by the electric thermal transportation integrated energy system. In this paper, a multi-objective interval optimal operation model of electric thermal transportation integrated energy system considering flexibility is proposed. Aiming at minimizing economic cost and maximizing system flexibility, the economy and flexibility of the system are comprehensively balanced. The uncertainty of wind power output and electric vehicle load is described by interval mathematics, and the traditional equation constraint is transformed into an interval expression to make it more tractable. An improved multi-objective quantum immune algorithm is used to solve the optimization model. Taking an integrated energy system in northern Liaoning as an example, three different scenarios are set to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.This work is supported by the Science and Technology Project of State Grid Corporation of China (No. 2021YF-48).
