电力工程建设总承包项目档案管理的探讨与实践

工程项目建设总承包,是我国建设领域近年来快速发展的一种建设管理模式,对于实行总承包方式建设的电力工程项目,参建各方如何进行档案管理,目前国家、行业还没有明确地的制度、规定和办法。本文结合开展电力工程总承包建设的实践,对总承包方如何进行档案管理进行了分析、探讨,提出了电力工程建设总承包档案管理的思路和具体管理办法。

Discussion and Practice on Archives Management General of Power Electric Construction Contract Project

The general contract of project construction is one of construction management mode with rapid development in the field of Chinese construction. At present there is no specific rules, regulations and ways to carry out archives management for the power electric project based on the general contract. This paper analyzes, discusses and practices the way how to realize archives management to the general contractor and brings forward the idea and idiographic management method about the general contract archives management of the power electric project.
