氰酸酯树脂体系的流变特性研究

摘    要:本文以改性RTM氰酸酯树脂体系流变特性为研究对象,深入研究了树脂体系的流变行为,建立了氰酸酯树脂在恒温和动态条件下的流变特性方程。研究表明,恒温条件和动态条件下的树脂流变行为符合Arrhen ius流变模型,模型计算结果与流变测试结果符合很好。本研究为氰酸酯树脂体系的成型工艺的制定和优化提供有力的依据。

Abstract:Rheologic charateristics of modified cyanate ester resin system used in RTM are investigated in this article.The rheologic characteristic equations of this resin system under dynamic and isothermal condition are established.This investigation shows that the rheologic characteristics conform with Arrhenius rheologic models.The computation results of these models are consistent with the test data.The study can provide the powerful support for the establishment and optimization of the cyanate ester resin system proccess.
