填料塔氨法脱硫模型研究

摘    要:在双膜理论的基础上,通过对氨法脱硫化学反应过程的分析,研究了氨法脱硫过程中SO2的传质速率方程,并在此基础上建立了填料塔氨法脱硫的数学模型。利用该模型对SO2的吸收过程进行了模拟,研究了吸收液浓度、pH值、液气比、温度和初始SO2浓度等因素对脱硫效率的影响。为了验证该模型的合理性,建立了填料塔氨法脱硫实验系统,对影响氨法脱硫效率的几个主要因素进行了实验研究,并与模型计算值进行了比较,结果表明,实验数据和模型计算值基本吻合,证明了该模型的合理性。

Abstract:On the basis of two-film theory, the mass transfer rate equation of SO2 of the ammonia desulphurization process was studied and the mathematical model of ammonia desulphurization in packed column was established to predict the absorption of SO2 from flue gas. The major factors affecting the desulphurization efficiency such as concentration of liquid, pH, liquid-to-gas ratio, temperature and concentration of SO2 were studied using this model. An ammonia desulphurization system using packed column was set up to study the main factors affecting the desulphurization efficiency. The results show that experimental data meet calculation results quite well through comparing with them, and the rationality of the mathematical model is validated.
