摘    要:综述了近10 a来用化学方法激发粉煤灰活性的机理研究进展,认为粉煤灰活性化学激发有3个基本思路:一是“补钙”,提高水化体系的CaO/ SiO2比;二是破坏玻璃体表面光滑致密、牢固的Si-O-Si和Si-O-A1网络结构;三是激发生成具有增强作用的水化产物或促进水化反应.激发粉煤灰活性的激发剂主要是硫酸盐和强碱,而氯盐则较少;在相同条件下,氯盐的激发效果不及硫酸盐和强碱;激发剂的复合使用已成为粉煤灰化学激发的趋势.另外,就粉煤灰活性激发研究中存在的问题提出了几点看法.

Abstract:The progress of research on chemical activating mechanisms of fly ash during the past 10 years were reviewed. It is indicated that there are three basic trains of thought about chemical activating fly ash, the first is “adding calcium” to raise the CaO/SiO2 ratio of hydration system; the second is spoiling smooth and close surface structure of fly ash glasses, which are compound of Si-O-Si and Si-O-A1; the third is producing strengthening hydrate or promoting hydration speed of hydration system. A great majority of chemical activators are sulfate or strong alkalinity, less activators are chloride. In the same condition, the activating effect of chloride is not as good as sulfate or strong alkalinity. The technology of compound use of activator is becoming a popular subject and further study direction. In addition, the improvements for further study were proposed according to the existing situation.
