摘    要:在简述第三类红外热诊断学理论的基础上,阐述了运用该方法建立设备内壁曲面方程,从而实现对工业设备内部缺陷进行定量诊断的研究方法和求解步骤,并对该方法当前的应用现状进行了介绍.

Abstract:Based on the summary of the third kind of infrared thermal diagnosis, the way and process for quantitative diagnosis of defects in the equipment's inner wall by means of the method are given. Finally, applying of the method in actual state is also introduced.
