摘    要:以芳樟醇和乙酸酐为原料,无水乙酸钠为催化剂,甲苯为夹带剂,采用反应-蒸馏工艺合成了乙酸芳樟酯。考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、夹带剂、原料配比等因素对反应结果的影响。结果表明:当n(芳樟醇)∶n(乙酸酐)∶n(乙酸钠)=1∶1.35∶0.10,n(夹带剂)∶n(芳樟醇)=1.6∶1,反应温度135℃,反应时间13~15h时,芳樟醇摩尔收率大于92%。

Abstract:Linalyl acetate was synthesized by reaction-distillation technology with sodium acetate anhydrous as catalyst. Influ- ences of reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of catalyst, entrainer and ratio of linalool to acetic anhydride were discussed. The results showed that the yield of the product could reach to 92% under the conditions that n(linalool) : n(acetic anhydride) : n(sodium acetate anhydrous )=1.0 : 1.35 : 0. 10,n(entrainer) : n(linalool) = 1.6 : 1, reaction temperature 135℃ and reaction time 13-15 h.
