摘    要:现时我国建筑电气10/0.4kV变电所接地的一些做法恐存在不少问题。例如在变压器低压侧中性点的就地接地、PEN线和PE线的设置、接地装置的接地电阻值、打人工接地极的必要性等都存在一些问题。变电所的接地应按IEC标准.摒弃一些过时的做法。更新观念,满足用电技术的新要求,使变电所的接地既能保证电气装置的安全性和功能性.又可避免不应有的人力物力浪费。

Abstract:Some unsuitable practices are still available now in 10/0. 4kV substation for building electricity, such as neutral point local grounding of transformer LV side, setting of PEN & PE conductor, resistance of grounding device and necessity of taking manual grounding pole. The author considers that the substation shall be grounded as per IEC standards, giving up the out-of-time practices, renewing the concept and meeting the new requirements for technology of power consumption, so that grounding of substation can ensure the safety and function of electrical equipments, as well as avoid such waste in manpower and material resources.
