| 摘 要： | 针对稠油开采中稠油粘度高、摩擦阻力大、原油不进泵、抽油杯柱下行困难，以及油管结蜡等问题，大港油田新世纪机械制造有限公司研制出HLB型空心环流稠油抽油泵。该型泵配用电热空心杆和空心杆可分别实施越泵加热和泵下注入稀释剂降粘工艺，解决了稠油不进京及杆柱下行困难等问题；井下可不安装泄油器，并可不动管柱进行测试和对稠油层注入蒸汽，实施蒸汽吞吐开采工艺。现场试验及应用表明，这种泵具有泵效高、结构简单、作业方便等优点。

| Abstract: | In the light of the problems with heavy oil recovery, Model HLB hollow cilculation subsurface pump is developed by Dagang Oilfield Group New Century Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Provided 1`dth electric heating hollow sucker andand hollow sucker rod, the pun1p opelates smoothly with a leduction of heary oil viscosity by heating and injecting diluent. Without mounting oil-lelease valvc and removing the tubing string, well testing and steaxn injection for huff and puffcan be realized. Field test and application show that this pump has the advantages of high pump efficiency, simple stiucture and convenient opelation. |
