录井钢丝裂纹定量检测系统及应用

摘    要:根据录井钢丝裂纹漏磁场试验结果,建立了定量检测钢丝裂纹的试验模型,且研制了录井钢丝裂纹定量检测系统。该系统在探伤传感器中采用聚磁环收集空间分布的漏磁场,提高了检测灵敏度;系统采用了空间域信号的时空混合采样方法,以利于检测数据用微型计算机处理;采用串行通信接口设计数据采集系统,简化了接口设计。试验与实际应用表明,录井钢丝裂纹定量检测系统具有对录井钢丝裂纹信号的提取、裂纹的定位和基于试验模型的裂纹状况的智能识别等定量评价优点。实现了录井钢丝裂纹的准确定位和定量评价。

Abstract:Based on the test result of leakage flux caused by cracks in logging wires, a test model for quantitative inspection is established, and a system of quantitative inspection of cracks in logging wires is developed. Concentrators are used to collect three-dimensional magnetic leakage flux, and the inspection sensitivity is evidently enhanced as a result. The system adopts timing and spatial interval spatial interval sampling to realize processing of inspection data by computers. The data acquisition system is designed by using serial interface. Test and application show that the inspection system can carry out abnormal signals grasping, cracks positioning and model-based intelligent recognition, and can realize accurate positioning and quantitative evaluation of caracks in logging wires.
