| 摘 要： | 700型压裂车的3PCF300型三缸单作用卧式柱塞泵存在酸液窜入曲轴箱的现象。为此，对柱塞泵柱塞和密封圈的结构进行了改造，即将密封圈的唇口V形张角由90。增至120，背部尖角形改为半圆形，安装时将由填充聚四氯乙烯和26型氟橡胶制成的密封圈交互排列；将原三位一体的柱塞改为整体柱塞，柱塞表面渗硼调质后再抛光。近2年的使用实践证明，经改造密封圈和柱塞的柱塞泵，未发生柱塞与泵头碰撞和酸液窜入曲轴箱的现象，且柱塞寿命由原来的3－4个月提高到10－12个月，密封圈寿命由500小时提高到1100小时。

| Abstract: | The causes of acid entering crankcase of the plunger pump on a fracturing truck ale analyzed. Thereby the structuresof the plunger and sealing rings of the plunger pump are refored. the sealing rings made of fluon and fluorine rubber areinstalled alternately, and the co1nbined plunger is modified into an integluted plunger, and its surface is boronised andpolished. Application shows that the plunger pump with reformed plunger and sealing rings opelates normally without acidentering into the crankcase, and the service lives of the plunger and sealing rings are increased remarkably. |
