注聚采出水脱油用水力旋流器机理及试验研究

摘    要:聚合物驱油技术的实施,改变了油井产出水的性质,以致产出水油水分离的难度明显增大。为了确定用于聚合物驱产出水脱油处理的水力旋流器结构型式,首先在室内对普通脱油型水力旋流器的内部速度场进行了激光测定。试验研究显示,在聚丙烯酸胺含量较低(例如100或200mg/t)时,水力旋流器内液体的运动速度有所升高;反之(例如聚丙烯酸胺的含量为300或400mg/L时)则降低。考虑到大庆油田聚合物驱采出水中聚丙烯酸胺含量一般为400mg/L,决定把加大液流的运动速度作为研制水力旋流器的主要依据,并在结构上加以改进,设计制造了1台脱油型水力旋流器。在大庆油田的现场试验表明,样机的分离效率高达85%以上。

Abstract:To decide the structure of the hydrocyclone for deoiling of produced water in POlyIner injection, the inner velocity ofcommonly used deoiling hydrocyclone is tested in lab by means of laser. Test resultS show that, when the content of poly-acrylamide is low(100 or 200 mg/L), the velocity of the fluid in the hydrocyclone raises, while the content is high(300or 400 mg/L), the fluid velocity goes down. The content of poyacrylthede in produced water on polymer injected wellsin Daqing Oiffield is generally 400 mg/L, thus increasing the vefority of fluid is taken as the main basis in hydrocyclonedesign. And a deoiling hydrocyclone is developed by means of modification of conventional hydrocyclone. Field test showsthat the separation efficiency of the prototype reaches 85%.
