无功就地补偿技术在电动机上的应用

摘    要:为保证电网电压质量,提高功率因数,降低线路损耗,可对电动机实行无功就地补偿,即在电动机旁配备适当的低压小型电力电容器装置来补偿电动机的无功功率。简述了电动机无功就地补偿技术的原理和优点,给出了最佳补偿功率团数的确定、补偿电容器无功量的计算方法,以及无功补偿器保护设置和安装原则。无功就地补偿技术在长庆油田的应用实践证明,采用该项技术可取得显著的节电效果,不到一年可收回全部成本。

Abstract:To ensure the voltage quality and improve the power factor of the oilfield electric network and reduce the power lossalong the wile, in-situ wattless compensation technology is adopted on the electric motor, i. e. providing with propersmall size low-voltmp power capacitor near the electric motor to lvalize the wattless power compensation of the motor. Theprinciple and advantages of the in-situ watiless compensation technology are described, the methods for determining theoptimum compensating power factor and calculating the wattless amount of the capacitor are presented, and the protectingfacilities and installation principle of the wattless compensator is introduced. Application shows that remarkable power-saving effect can be achieved by adopting the in-situ wattless compensation technology.
