过电缆低压井口防喷装置，是一种在使用电缆进行井下作业时用来密封井口压力低于6MPa的油水井井口的装置，以防止油气外溢造成的人身伤害和环境污染。装置由手动盘根盒、防喷管、液压盘根盒、手压泵和放空阀等组成。手动盘根盒和液压盘根盒的组合，可对电缆实施双级密封。由第一级密封即手动盘根盒处泄漏到防喷管内的流体，通过放空阀排放到地面容器内；第二级密封即液压盘根，可借助手压泵在地面进行控制，免除了高空作业的困难与危险。冀东油田的矿场应用情况表明，这种防喷装置完全可以满足工艺要求。

A low pressure blowout hookup for operation with cable lowering

A fow pressure blowout hookup for operation with cable lolering is developed. The hookup can be used for seal ofthe wellhead with a presare of less than 6MPa to prevent human body' s injury and environment caused by oil or gasoverflowing in the operation. The hookup is comprised of manual packing set, blowout-preventer pipe, hydraulic packingset, manual controlled pump and exhaust valve. By means of the combination of manual and hydraulic packing sets, two-stage sealing of the cable can be realized. The fluid leakage in the blowout-preventer pipe from the first stage seal, themanal packing set, can be drained into a container on the ground through the exhause valve. The second stage seal, thehydraulic packing set, can be controlled with the manual controlled pump in the surface to avoid dangers and difficultiesin the operation. The application in Jidong Oiffield shows that this hookup can completely satisfy the technological re-quirements.
