柔性连杆游梁式抽油机运动分析

摘    要:采用普通游架式抽油机运动分析的规范方法,分别对两种类型的柔性连杆游梁式抽油机的机构几何关系和游梁摆动规律作了分析,给出了游梁摆动的角位移、角速度和角加速度的精确计算公式。指出同心圆弧型柔性连杆抽油机的运动指标mα随游梁摆角δ的增大而减小,传动角β则恒为90°,故特别适宜采用大摆角,为设计较小尺寸的长冲程抽油机创造了条件。所给的公式可用于后驴头弧面为任意特殊曲线的异型抽油机的运动分析和机构设计。

Abstract:Using common method of kinematic analysis of conventional pumping tmit, this article discusses geomtric relation and kinematic chaxacter of two kinds of pumping units with flexible pitman. A series of new exact formulare for calculating the angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration of the walking beam are presented. The article points out tha, as for the flexible pitman pumping unit with concentric are type na horsehead, the maximum bensionless acceleration mα of the polished rod decreases and the drive angle β is identically equal to 90°while the swing angle δ of the beam increases. Therefore it is particularly suitable to adopt big swing in the design of the flevible pitman pumping unit, and long stroke can be realized without enlargement of structure. The formulars presented in the article can be used for kinematic analysis and mechanism design of special type pumping bots with rear horsehead of any typPe ctirve.
