| 摘 要： | 目前各油田钻机用柴油机普遍存在设备陈旧、多次反复大修的问题。例如某油田1996年大修的75台190系列柴油机中，有65％以上是经历了3次或更多的大修。计算表明，在一个大修期内，使用1台新的Z12V190B柴油机比使用1台经过大修的同型号柴油机，可节约29万余元。而且柴油机使用年限越久，其大修寿命越短。例如1977年出厂的柴油机寿命，只有1987～1990年出厂柴油机的71％。由此提出应高度重视《石油钻机柴油机使用报废标准》。

| Abstract: | Diesel engines servicing in oifields in China are old and has been overhauled repeatedly. Calculation shows that, inan ovethaul period, by using a new Model Z12V190B diesel engine instead of an engine of the same model that has been overhauled, mere than 290000 Yuan RMB can be saved. And the longer the service time of a diesel engine, the shorter its overhaul Peried. Therefore special attention should be paid on Standard for Use and Abandonment of Oil Drilling Rig Diesel Engine. |
