| 摘 要： | 阐述了应用可视化实验装置，采用示踪粒子流场可视化技术和数字图像处理技术，对静态混合器混合效果进行检测的实验方法，即首先在待混合的流体中插入适量的示踪粒子，随后用照相机采集示踪粒子分布图像，再用计算机对图像作LUT变换处理，最后用混合均匀度指标对混合效果作定量评价。石油化工生产中聚合物混合器混合效果检测的实践表明，用这种方法所得检测结果直观、准确、可靠，操作简便易行。

| Abstract: | The method for testing the mixing effect of a static mixer by using the flow visualization technology and image processing technology is expounded. The test procedure is: adding the right tunount of imcing particles in the fluid to bemixed firstly, and taking the distribution images of the tracing palticles by using cainera and processing the images bymeans of computers , finally making a quantitative evaluation on the mixing effect by means of h1e degree of unifondty index. The inspection of the n1ixing effect of h1e polymer n1ixer for use in oil fields shows that the inspection results are precise and reliable, and the inspection is simple. |
