斜井钻机气控系统设计分析

摘    要:我国首次研制的ZJ15X斜井钻机气控系统由气源和钻台控制两部分组成。两台空气压缩机可交替使用,空气经无热再生处理后进入载车空气罐;气控部分安装在主司钻气控箱、副司钻台和钻机安装控制台上,主司钻气控箱输出端以及绞车前后底座气管线都装有快速接头,均可单独运输。详细论述了钻机绞车滚筒离合器、气刹车、防碰天车装置、阿里森传动箱、钻具输送装置、柴油机油门、液压泵和钻井泵离合器、气动卡瓦、气动吊卡、加压装置和动力水龙头等的逻辑控制回路。

Abstract:The Pneumatic control system on Model ZLl5X slant h0le drilling rig developed in China for the first time is com-prised of comressed air source unit and detrick floor control mechanism. The two air compressors run altemately, andthe air enters an air tank afer generative trcatment. The pneumatic control part is installed on the driller control cabinet,assistant driller conbol console and riopng up control console. Quick disconneet couplings are fixed on the output end ofdriller control cabinet and the air lines on drawworks carriage. The logical control circuit for drawworks drum clutch,poeumaic bIake, crown bfork saver, Allison transwhssion, drilling tools conveying device, diesel engine throttle, clutchof hydraulic Pump and drill pump, pneumatic slipPer and elevator, pressure device and power swivel is described.
