游梁式抽油机地脚螺栓重植技术

游梁式抽油机部分地脚螺栓发生松动、断裂后，往往导致其余的地脚螺栓断裂、底部工字梁剪断，甚至抽油机翻倒。传统做法是换用新基础，不仅费时费力，且停工停产造成巨额经济损失。采用地脚螺栓重植技术攻克了这一难题。具体施工工艺是：先用型金刚石取心钻机在失效地脚螺栓附近钻孔，除去孔内杂物，再用微膨胀结构胶将地脚螺栓固定在孔内。待微膨胀结构胶固化后，再将联接抽油机底梁的压杠紧固到地脚螺栓上。与传统的处理方法相比，采用地脚螺栓重植技术加固修复一台抽油机基础，可节约费用和多产原油价值约7万元。

Remounting of base bolts of beam pumping units

Looseness and break of part of base belts of a beam pumping unit always result in break of the other base bolts and the base H-beam and even falling down of the unit. Instead of replacing the base with a new base, adopting base belts remounting technique can solve this problem. The procedure for the bolt remounting lies in: drilling a hole near the failed base bolt with diamond coring drill rig, removing the oddments in the hole, fixing the bolt in the hole with a special glue, and fastening the pressure bar on the pumping unit bottom heam to the bolt. By applying the base bolt remounting technique, great financial profit can be achieved.
