| 摘 要： | 针对D155型注水泵的筒形轴瓦轴承结构及润滑方式存在的缺陷，将该型注水泵改用球形轴瓦轴承，并采取强制润滑方式.改用的球形轴瓦轴承的瓦球两端设有O形密封圈，起封油隔水作用；瓦口处的泄油槽和迷宫密封式油封可阻止轴瓦向外渗油；球形轴瓦上开有余裕油泄流通道和贴近转动副的测温孔；稳流短节中的薄壁小孔具有稳定和观察油流的功能。改用球形轴瓦轴承，不须对D155型注水泵作任何改动，且不再需要安装润滑油冷却水装置，也减小了系的振动，提高了泵的运行可靠性。

| Abstract: | In the light of the sho1tcomings of the structure and oiling mode of the bearing on Model D155 water injectionpumps, the forced -oiling spherical bearing is adopted. There are sealing rings at the two ends of the bearing .The oil releasing groove and labyrinth seal has the function of preventing the oil from leaking. And there are Vent for ample oil andaperture for temperature metering and hole for observation, Adopting the spherical bearing, witi1out any reform of thepump, reduces the pump vibration and improves the operation reliability of the pump. |
