摘    要:至1997年底,胜利理岛油田的49口电潜泳采油井中,先后有19井次发生故障。故障的主要类型为欠载停机、过载停机、电缆不绝缘和卡泵;造成电潜泵系统故障的主要因素有井身结构、油层条件、机组质量和操作因素。由此提出如下几种改进措施:通过减小机组长度和提高机组抗弯能力来改进电潜泵系统的工作性能;合理选井、选泵;安装可调油嘴代替原来的固定式节流油嘴;采用内贴铅护套加钢结构外扩套的新型电缆;安装毛细管测压装置或电子压力计测压装置;严格按操作规程起下油泵、加固电线包装、加强入井液过滤等。

Abstract:Failure of some of the electric submersible pump systems servicing in Chengdao Oiffield in Shandong province oc-curred, including underload or overload halt, cables being not insulate and pump being stuck, and the factors caused the failure lie in the wellbore structure, oil formation condition and improper opcration. Thereby the following countermea-sures are proposed: improving system's service performance, selecting wells and pumps properly, installing adjustable nozzle instead of the fixed nozzle, adopting new steel annoured cables, locating pressure meters and obeying strictly the operation regulations.
