盘式刹车制动副摩擦系数的模糊综合评判

摘    要:制动副摩擦系数的选取,对盘式刹车系统的设计至关重要。由于影响摩擦系数的诸多因素具有模糊性,传统的设计方法已不能适应现代摩擦理论的发展。为此,利用二级模糊综合评判方法,对盘式刹车制动副摩擦系数作出了理论分析和计算。计算实例表明,对钢一石棉制品摩擦制动副的摩擦系数,按最大隶属度法和加权平均法处理,都得出几乎相同的结果,即f=0.39。该值更加接近实际,建议在设计时选用。二级模糊评判法对其他设计参数的评价,只要影响设计参数取值的因素给得比较完备,也能得出较合理的参数值。

Abstract:In the design of disc brake system, it is very important to choose the friction coefficient of brake pair. Various factors influencing the friction efficient have fuzziness, therefore the traditional design is not adapted to the development of the modern tribology theory. Thereby two stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the analysis and calculation of the friction coefficient of brake pair of disc brake. An example of calculation shows that, as for the steel-asbestos brake pair, the value of the friction coefficient calculated by the methods of maximum subordinate degree and weighted mean is 0.39. The two stage fuzzy evaluation method can be used to the appraisal of other design parameters,and reasonable values can he obtained.
