油井套管内偏心滚轮式清垢钻头的研制

摘    要:专为清除井下套管结垢研制的偏心滚轮式清垢钻头,通过其导向钻头刮削垢层中较疏松的决生垢,而相对于导向钻头处于偏心位置的清垢轮冲击、滚压较致密的底层垢,使垢层直接从套管壁上脱落。模拟试验和现场试验表明:与其他的工具相比,清垢钻头的清垢速度提高5倍以上,而且在施工过程中无明显反扭矩产生,也不会刮伤套管;钻头结构简单新颖,性能可靠,多次下井工作仅有轻微磨损,使用寿命长。

Abstract:In the light of low efficiency of conventional descaling tools for use inside oil well casing, a new eccentric rollerdescaling bit is developed. The smicture and tworking principle of the hit are introduced in detail. Simulation test andfield test shows that, the descaling speed of the new tool is 5 times higher than that of the conventional descaling tools,and no reaction torque occurs and the casing won' t be damaged in operation, and the bit is characterized by simple struc-ture, reliable performance and long service life.
