除水型油水分离旋流器试验研究

摘    要:对除水型油水分离族流器进行了从含有水分杂质的油中脱除水分的试验研究。用正交设计试验得出了这种旋流器的结构及操作参数的优化数据,并对底流率以及进口雷诺数与其分离性能指标之间的关系作了研究。结果表明,各结构参数与操作参数对不同性能指标的影响敏感程度是不同的,以不同指标参数作为目标函数时旋流器应具有不同的最优结构与操作参数组合;底流直圆管长度适当增大,可以使旋流器脱水过程各项分离指标得到改善;随着底流率的增大,使旋流器脱水率和油损率均增大,而脱水因子则减小;旋流器进口雷诺数对其脱水因子、除水率和油富集因子等分离性能指标没有显著的影响。

Abstract:The dewatering hydrocyclone for oil-water separation is tested. The structural and operating parameters of the hydrocyclone are optimized by orthogonal design method, and the relationships between the underflow ratio and inlet Reynolds number and separation performance indexes are investigated. The results show that the structural parameters and operating parameters have different affects on different performance indexes, the hydrocyclone should be provided with varied combination of optimum structural and operating parameters when different indexes are taken as objective functions. All the separation performance indexes can be improved by increasing the length of the bottom cylindrical pipe. With the underflow ratio increased, both the dewatering efficiency and the oil-loss-rate increases while the dewatering factor decreases.The inlet Reynolds number does not have any remarkable influence on the separation performance indexes.
