超高压压力控制及开关液压系统

摘    要:针对油田在试验室对井下封隔器胶筒进行耐压试验时,采用人工手动调压不安全的问题,设计了一种超高压压力控制及开关液压系统。详细介绍了系统工作原理,并对其超高压压力控制方法、液控高压截止开关回路及液压系统的动力特性进行了分析研究。用这种超高压压力控制及开关液压系统,可实现80MPa以下高压小流量试压系统的电液比例控制及高压截止阀门开关的远距离液压操作。这种液压系统设计的实现,为保证高压试验过程的安全提供了必要的条件。

Abstract:In the light of unsafety in regulating manually the pressure in packer test, a superhigh pressure control and switching system is designed. The working principle of the system is described, the method for superhigh pressure control and dynamic performances of high pressure switching circuit and hydraulic system are investigated. By using this system,electric-fluid ratio control and remote operation of high pressure stop valve switching of pressure test system with high pressure (less than 80MPa) and fow flow can be realized. The design of this hydraulic system ensures the safety of high pressure test.
