摘    要:后驴头轮廓曲线的形状是双驴头抽油机设计的关键。对后驴头轮廓曲线为偏心圆弧的双驴头抽油机运动规律作了进一步探讨,用矢量法建立了机构运动分析和动力分析的数学模型,且以上冲程扭矩因数峰值最小作为优化设计的目标函数,用优化理论中的复合形法进行优化计算,得到最优设计结果。计算实例表明,YCYJ14-5-53HB双驴头抽油机在最大冲程和最高冲次时,加速度和扭矩因数峰值比较小,减速器输出轴净扭矩波动不大,消除了负扭矩。

Abstract:The shape of the rear horsehead outline curve is the key to the design of pumping unit with double horseheads. The motion pattern of the pumping unit with an eccentric circle shaped rear horsehead is investigated. Mathematical models for kinematic and dynamic analysis of the linkage mechanism are established, and by taking in minimum peak torque factor on the upstroke as an objective function, optimization of the mechanism is carried out by using the complex method. Exemplary calculation shows that Moedl YCYJ14-5-53HB doble-horsehead pumping unit has rather small polished rod acceleration and peak torque factor with the stroke being longest and pumping number biggest, the net torque on the output shaft of the gear reducer has small fluctuation, and the negative torque is eliminated.
