抽油机加装超越离合器实现节能

摘    要:抽油机节能的关键不只是交流电动机的功率大小,还在于使交流异步电动机的运转不参与抽油机的平衡运幼,保证调平的抽油机在平衡状况下运转。在抽油机适当部位加装超越离合器可解决抽油机平衡运动受交流异步电动机干扰的问题,不仅可避免驴头反拖电动机,还能充分发挥平衡块的飞轮效应,最大限度地降低机械交变载荷,达到机电运行的最佳匹配。抽油机加装超越离合器的厂内台架试验表明可节电48.3%,现场采油试验可节电15.2%。

Abstract:The key of power saving of a pumping unit lies not only in the power of the electric motor, but in ensuring the pumping unit running under an equilibrium condition without the motor participating in balance adjustment. By mounting ovedrive clutch on the pumping unit, the interference of the motor on the balance of the unit can be avoided, and flywheel effect of the counterbalance weight can he fully achieved. Field test shows that power consumption is decreased by 15. 2% after an overdrive clutch is mounted on a pumping unit.
