摘    要:针对采用Y341封隔器分层注水作业传统工艺投捞水嘴成功率低的问题,设计研制了分层注水井用的暂堵活塞装置。装置由钢套、水嘴、弹簧、定位销和活塞等组成。暂堵活塞装置与Y341封隔器和偏心配水器配套进行分注作业时,可保证封隔器完全坐封,满足管柱试压要求,合格后不再打捞堵塞器而直接注水。工艺过程简单,劳动强度低。经现场地面及井下试验,成功率为100%。

Abstract:In the light of low success rate of lowing and fishing the water nozzle in separate layer water injection by Model Y341packer, a temporary plugging piston mechanism for using on separate layer water injection wells is developed. The mech-anism is comprised of steel sleeve, water nozzle, spring, positioning pin and piston. By using the mechanism along withModel Y341 packer and offset water distribution device, the packer can be set completely, thereby the requirement forpressure test of pipe string can be satisfied, and water injection can be carried out without fishing the plugging mecha-nism. Field test shows that the inission success rate of this methob is 100%.
