摘    要:传统的抽油泵柱塞外表面垂直轴向开有矩形防砂槽,容易造成外表面过早磨损、腐蚀剥落、拉伤漏失而失效,因此提出改进抽油泵柱塞外表面密封结构设计的两点设想:(1)在柱塞外表面上、中下设置三道截面为半圆形的螺旋防砂槽,上、下两道为左旋,中间为右旋;(2)在上部螺旋槽底开设导砂孔。采用以上两种设计形式,预计可减少抽油泵柱塞与泵筒的磨损,改善抽油泵的密封和润滑,减少泵工作过程的漏失量,避免出现泵砂卡和抽油杆脱扣,从而延长检泵周期。

Abstract:The external surface of the conventional rod pump plunger is apt to fail owing to fail owing to being provided with a rectangular sand control groove. Therefore two suggestions for modifying the seal structure of the external surface of rod pump plunger are put forward: (1)machining three helix sand control grooves with semi-circle cross sections in the upper, middel and lower part of the plunger's external surface and the upper and lower grooves left-handed and the middle one right-hand ed; (2)machining a sand diversion hole at the bottom of the upper helix groove. By putting the above-mentioned ideas into effect, the wear between the rod pump plunger and barrel can be reduced, seal and lubrication of the pump can be improved, thereby the overhaul period of the rod pump can be extended.
