提高低产抽油井采油经济效益的措施

摘    要:我国东部各油田的低产抽油井越来越多,在低产抽油井上采用同步转速为500r/min的低速三相电动机来降低抽油机冲次,可以减小减速器输出轴扭矩和电力损耗,提高抽油系统效率达20%;采用光杆冲程自动调节装置取代原光杆悬绳器,可进一步协调泵的抽汲能力与油井产能之间的关系,使油井增产,还可减轻泵磨损,延长抽油泵的使用寿命和降低抽油井的电耗。在低产抽油井上实施上述两项措施后,可提高低产抽油井采油的经济效益。

Abstract:There are more and more low producing wells in the oilfields in East China. By using low speed three phase electricmotor with a synchronous speed of 500 r/min on these wells, the torque on the output shaft of the gear reducer and powerconstimption can he decreased, and the efficiency of the pumping system can be improved by 2O%. By using the pol-ished nd stroke adjusting apparatus instead of the polished rod eye, the well productivity can be incerased, wear of sub-surface pump can be reduced, the service life of the pump can be extended and the power consumption of pumping systemcan be decreased. Oil-peduction efficiency of low producing wells has been improved by applying the above-mentionedtwo measures.
