| 摘 要： | 微生物注入装置是适用于微生物原菌液的自动稀释、混配、搅拌、计量、加压注入且注入量可调的移动式配注设备。介绍了这种装置的工艺流程和相关机械设备的配置以及整套控制系统软、硬件的配备。给出了装置的主要技术指标和技术参数，并简述了装置的特点和试制过程。经近一个月的试运行，累计运行时间624h，最长连续运行时间为360h试验表明，这套微生物注入装置的流程设计合理，控制元件可靠，可移动性能好，能满足油田连续注入微生物作业的要求。

| Abstract: | Microorganism injection unit is used for automatic dilution, mixing, agitation, metering and injection of microbialsolution. The technological pmeess and configuration of relative equipment and software and hardware of the control sys-tem are described. The main technical index and parameters of the unit are given, and the characteristic and advanceddevelopment of the unit are intheluced. The unit was put into operation for a month, it run for 624 hours totally, and thetime for the longest continuously running was 360 hours. Test result show that, this unit is characterized by rational de-sign, reliable control and good mobility, it can meet the need of continuous injection of microorganism. |
